Kohtac is provided for restaurant, food service, and operational inventory workflows. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that team members use the service appropriately.
You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, count, purchasing, receiving, invoice, and team information entered into Kohtac.
Kohtac Pro subscriptions are billed through the app store or payment provider shown at purchase. Subscription terms, renewal timing, trial eligibility, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the store or provider used for the purchase.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Deleting a Kohtac account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
You may not misuse Kohtac, attempt to access another workspace without authorization, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, upload unlawful content, or use the service for activities that violate applicable law.
Kohtac may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
Kohtac provides workflow support, calculations, alerts, and AI-assisted insights. You remain responsible for purchasing, food safety, accounting, staffing, and other business decisions made using the service.
