Use it free until launch.

You'll keep your data when we move to paid pricing. Existing preview teams get a meaningful discount on the first paid tier — we'll tell you exactly what before we charge anyone.

What we won't do

No surprise bills. No "starter" trap.

Pricing will be flat per location, not per-seat or per-feature. Counting items shouldn't require a procurement meeting.

When does preview end?

When the product is ready to charge for. We'll email everyone at least 30 days before any change to pricing.

Will I lose my data?

No. Items, counts, vendors, locations — all of it stays yours. You can export at any time.

Is there a free tier after launch?

We're considering a one-location, one-user free tier so single-shop operators can keep using Kohtac. Final shape decided closer to launch.
