How to permanently delete your Kohtac account and associated data — from inside the app or by request, with no app install required.

Open Kohtac, go to the Settings tab, and tap Delete Account. The in-app wizard explains what will be removed, asks you to confirm, and processes the deletion for your account.
If you own a team workspace, the wizard guides you through transferring or closing the workspace before your account is removed.
If you cannot access the app, email support@kohtac.app from the address associated with your Kohtac account with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include your account email and workspace name so we can verify and locate your records.
We verify ownership of the account before processing any request, and we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers), team memberships, role and location assignments, in-app preferences, and push-notification tokens are permanently deleted.
Operational data you created — inventory items, counts, vendors, purchase orders, receiving records, uploaded invoices and receipt images, tasks, alerts, approvals, and AI assistant messages — is deleted or irreversibly disassociated from you, subject to the workspace rules below.
Shared workspace records that other team members still rely on (for example, historical inventory and purchasing records owned by a team you belonged to) may be retained for that workspace rather than deleted with your personal account.
A limited subset of information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and then deleted.
Deleting your Kohtac account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. Cancel Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, and Apple subscriptions in your Apple account settings, to stop future billing.
